Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund
After our studio team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
